Mind body medicine is a holistic approach to health and wellness. It examines the connection of mind & body and the processes that occur in the unconscious mind that create tension in the body; as physical pain, dis-ease, symptoms and much more..… Tension myositis syndrome (TMS), is a process that happens in the mind, due to a mild o2 deprivation and affects the autonomic nervous system.
It’s beyond there scope of practice, they will lose their medical license if they don’t follow protocols. The medical system is currently set up as: You have a problem, let’s fix it with a knife, a pill and if they doesn’t work, it’s incurable. They don’t take in to account that your emotions, personality traits, beliefs, words, thoughts and actions can cause pain, disease and symptoms that alter the mind & body. They’re looking to continually treat and medicate the problem and cover it, while never getting to the root cause, or asking the right questions.
No. This is not made up, you’re really feeling the pain, it’s real. However, science now proves that all pain begins in the mind ( the awareness of pain) Without a mind would you and be aware of pain and disease? Your mind doesn’t know the difference between something real or imagined.
You don’t know, but it’s worked for many just like you. You have to be willing to step into the unknown and do something different. However, I am 150% confident when you listen and apply what I invite you to do in the program and be willing let go of what you think you know and believe about your symptoms, disease or diagnosis, you’ll find the answers you seek.
The symptoms, pain, disease is there to protect you at all costs and the pain will often intensify first or another symptom will develop to take its place. Ps. This is a good thing 🙂
Yes. It’s how we as humans are hard wired to learn new things. First you and I have to learn consciously, until it becomes unconscious ( without you knowing it’s happening) For example, do you have to consciously digest?
Your body takes about 4-6 weeks to heal and repair, if it hasn’t healed, there’s about a 98% chance it’s due to neural pain pathways firing in your brain that’s keeping the symptoms alive. When the brain perceives physical damage to the body, it can generate pain. Ps. The good news is, I can show you how to break the cycle.
Does the symptom jump around your body? Arm, leg, neck, low back, left side, right side, stomach? Does it accompany with other symptoms? Is it worse in the morning or evening? Does it suddenly come on when you sit or do work? Does the symptom react after a meal? Do you do physical activity and there’s no pain and then you sit at a computer or lay down and there is pain? They can’t find anything wrong? Is there a history of other psychophysiological disorders? Is there a history of significant stressful events, particularly early in life? We’re there significant life events occurring at the time before the symptoms? Is the symptom inconsistent and does it bring anxiety, depression, fatigue? Mind body syndromes are normal and universal, there isn’t one person who hasn’t had a mind body syndrome. It’s how the brain is hard wired to protect you from threats.
