YOU CAN’T SEE THE PICTURE WHEN YOU’RE IN THE FRAME

Have you ever had one of those experiences, where you ask yourself:

Why have things gone so wrong for me?
Why do I keep getting caught in this same loop of life over and over again?
What have I done to deserve this!?

Will my pain ever stop, is this dis-ease going to end me?

I sure have, I think we all have at some point in our life, right?

As I look back on the years I went through chronic pain and an incurable autoimmune disease, I often think to myself. If I could do it all over again, would I.?

Honestly, yes! I know that’s hard for you to believe, but it’s true. It was the greatest  gift that I could ask for and I know it’ll be yours too.

Let me ask you a question:

Would you discover good without the bad?
Would you know health without sickness?

Stop. Look back on your life: Did God, source, or whatever choose to call it, not have a plan for your life even in the times where it seemed hopeless? Or was it, that you were in the center or your the picture and you just couldn’t step back and see the whole picture frame?

Wouldn’t it be great if things could always go as you planned?
If nothing ever went wrong
How would you feel. Great right?

At first, you’re probably thinking yea, that would be excellent Jeff, of course!… ahhhhh, If things always went perfect.
No challenges
No struggles; that’s the life… heaven on earth.

The truth is, If things always went as planned for us, we’d never have a chance to grow, develop and evovle in our lives. We’d never have the the capacity to develop strength and character, or be able to grow spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.

Don’t get me wrong, I know it sucks when things are rough especially when you’re in pain, but
tough times bring you

PERSEVERANCE. COURAGE.—> HEALING

Pain and dis-ease makes us sit… STOP and  forces us to go inward to look at ourselves.

God didn’t promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, or sun without rain, but he did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.

If the universe brings you to it, it’ll bring you through it.

“Don’t run from tests and hardships, as difficult as they are, you’ll ultimately find joy in them. If you embrace them, your faith will blossom under pressure and teach you true patience as you endure. ~Jesus~

True patience brought on by endurance, will equip you to complete the long journey and cross your finish line—mature, complete, and wanting nothing.

It takes discipline to step back and look at your whole picture. Learning how to see the whole picture is very important aspect to banish your chronic pain and disease:

It takes awareness.
self <——reflection.

Have you become entangled in your pain story?
Have you developed a filter of negativity, in which to you choose to see the world through?

Have your words become so negative and your thoughts a poisonous weapon? All you see is doom and gloom?

So what can you do when you find yourself in the middle of a storm; when you find yourself going under, unable to see the whole picture?

Step back<—-Imagine.

look at your situation from a watch tower. Untangle yourself from your suffering, observe it. B-R-E-A-T-H. From here you have a choice. Your body is trying to tell you something important.

Be still and listen.

See things as they are, not worse than they are. Will worrying add one second to your life?

Focus, BE GRATEFUL for all of the things that are working in your life. Quit focusing on all of the things that aren’t. Remember, even if it looks horrible right now, that doesn’t mean it’s true.

This whole storm you’re going through right NOW, isn’t happening to you, it’s happening for you. You just cant always see the whole picture when you’re in the frame.
